| 摘 要： | 近年来,普通群众休闲健身的观念逐渐形成,城市休闲体育场地设施和服务发展面临新的机遇,如何提供亲民、便民、利民的休闲体育公共服务是当务之急。通过文献资料法和调查法等,从休闲体育的概念、功能等入手,结合公共服务的相关知识,逐步分析、探讨了休闲体育公共服务和休闲体育公共服务体系等内容,构建了休闲体育公共服务体系为主体的休闲体育公共服务体系的整体框架。并联系实际提出了加快休闲体育公共服务政策、法规的制定;大力推进休闲体育活动场所的开发和设施的建设;培养公共服务意识,优化、壮大志愿者队伍;多渠道筹集资金,保障休闲体育设施建设和活动的开展有序进行;建立和完善休闲体育公共信息服务平台;建立体育休闲服务组织体系评估和监督系统等实施策略,藉此推动我国休闲体育公共服务能力的提升。

| Abstract: | In recent years,ordinary people formed the leisure fitness concept gradually,city leisure sports facilities and service is facing new opportunities for development,how to provide friendly,convenience,beneficial leisure sports public service is a pressing matter of the moment.This paper mainly through literature law and investigation law,from the concept of leisure sports,function etc.,combining public service knowledge,gradually thorough analysis,discussed the leisure sports public service and leisure sports public service system,building leisure sports public service system as the main body of leisure sports public service system framework.And the paper put forward suggestions for speeding up the sports public service policy,laws and regulations;vigorously to promote the development of leisure sports venues and facilities;to develop sense of public service,optimize,expand team of volunteers;much channel to plan market fund,safeguard leisure sports facilities and activities in an orderly manner;to establish and perfect the sports public information service platform;the establishment of sports leisure service organization system evaluation and supervision system strategies,to promote China＇s sports public service capacity. |
