| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究及比较分析等方法，对中西方群众体育的现状进行了比较和分析。指出了影响我国社区体育发展的主要因素，并提出增加经费投入、加强学校与社区合作；明确职责，加强社区体育管理；加强体育宣传；加快体育指导员培养以及加大科技对健身活动的投入等社区体育发展对策。

| Abstract: | Adopting the literature review and comparative analysis, the paper compared and analyzed the situations of mass physical education between China and Western Countries. It pointed out the key factors of affecting the community physical education in China and suggested that investment shall be increased and the cooperation between schools and communities shall be strengthened. What' s more, clarified duties, management on community physical education and its publicity shall be improved. The training of physical education instructors and scientific investment on physical exercises shall be speeded up. |
