| 摘 要： | 竞技教育的人性化管理,不仅提高运动员的运动技术水平,也有助于提高其文化素质和道德水平、健全情感和使其更富责任感。另外,把人性化管理融入到竞技教育过程中,对提升国家竞技软实力及践行转变国家竞技体育发展方式有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | By way of the research on the management of sports education,the relationshin of management of sports education and human nature,the study of the practice of humanistic management of sports education,it proved that humanistic management of sports education is an important guarantee for sustainable development of sports.The research proved that humanistic management of sports education could improve the technical level and moral qualities,healthy emotion and sense of responsibility.And more,it can improve the soft power of the national sports and practicing the mode of development of the national sports. |
