| 摘 要： | 研究目的：通过对河南省部分县区的农村中小学校的调查与分析，根据农村中小学校的实际情况和存在问题，探索《体育与健康课程标准》在农村中小学实施的途径。研究方法：采取访谈、实地考察、文献资料调研等方法进行研究。结果与分析：体育教师师资力量和体育经费严重不足；沉重的学习严重影响着学生的身心健康，成为实施新课程标准的一大阻力。结论与建议：发挥政府职能部门作用，保证农村中小学师资力量。调动体育教师积极性，自制体育器材，弥补体育经费不足。

| Abstract: | The purpose of research: Through the research and analysis about junior and Primery of country in parts of county in Henan,according to the actual situaion and problems in junior and primary school of country,explore the way of the curriculum standard on present health in junior and primary.The methods of research :Do the researth by the methods of adopting interview,surveying,stundying of documents,and so on.result and analysis:Being lack of qualification of P.E teachers and expense;the burden of studying takes agreat effect on students' health,which has become a big abstacle in taking the standard of new Curriculum Conclusion and suggestion:Develop the function of government department,ensure the qualification of teachers in junior and Primary School of country.make P.E teachers active,make P.E equipment by themselves and make up for the lack of P.E expense. |
