| 摘 要： | 以自编《篮球裁判压力来源量表》为研究工具,对不同年龄篮球裁判员裁判压力来源的差异情形进行了分析,研究结果显示：在“人与人之间冲突”、“害怕或对现场控制能力不佳”以及“害怕身体伤害”三个因素中,20-30岁组以及31-40岁组得分高于41-50岁组以及51岁以上组。在“担心或表现不能胜任”因素中,20-30岁组得分高于其它各组,31-40岁组得分高于41岁以上组。

| Abstract: | This research analyzed different background basketball referees sources of stress by using “basketball referees sources of stress scale” as study instrument.Research results Show：the group of age 20g-30 and 31-40 referees in “interpersonal conflicts”,“fear or uncontrollable events”,and “fear of physical harm” whose stress is higher than other age.In“fear of appearing incompetent” age 20-30 stress is higher than other age and 31-40 is higher than age 41. |
