| 摘 要： | 百米跑属于典型的体能类速度性项目,运动员的体能水平在其竞技能力的构成因素中居于主导和核心地位。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、因子分析法、回归分析法,对辽宁省高校男子百米跑二级运动员体能结构进行分析,筛选男子百米跑二级运动员体能构成的典型指标,建立成绩预测模型,为我国高校男子百米跑运动员体能训练和专项训练提供科学的参考。

| Abstract: | One-hundred Meter race is a typical physique speed item,so the physique level of players play the leader and core role in the composing factors of atheletics ability.By using the methods of literature,questionnair,factorial analysis,recursive analysis,the paper analysed the physique structure of male one-hundred meter players in Liaoning province universities,and screened out the typital index form them,established the result forecast model to provide sciencific reference to physique training and monomial training of male one hundred meter players in colleges and universities in our country. |
