| 摘 要： | 韩国是跆拳道运动的发源地,也是世界跆拳道实力最强的国家。韩国跆协一贯注重通过改革创新推动本国跆拳道的发展,目前他们就规则进行了包括改变场地形状、缩短消极判罚时间、重新整合仲裁体系、增加难度技术分值、更改加时赛规定等5项创新,使跆拳道技战术体系及其运用发生了重大变化。新形势下,中国应学习韩国跆协的创新经验,尽快适应新规则、发展新技术、丰富新的战术风格打法,进一步增强我国跆拳道运动员的竞争力,为今后在比赛中占据优势提供基础和保证。
