点火室直喷汽油机电控点火系统的开发

摘    要:以LabVIEW高效虚拟仪器开发平台和高速数据采集技术为基础,开发了集采集、分析与控制一体化的电控点火系统.该系统主要由点火控制、数据采集二部分组成,已成功应用于点火室直喷汽油机的点火控制和缸压采集实验中.实验结果表明,本系统可以精准地控制发动机点火,可以实现在线修改点火提前角和点火线圈充电时间,为发动机的设计和进一步优化提供有力支持.

Abstract:Electronic control ignition system combining collection,analysis and control is developed based on LabVIEW and high-speed data acquisition technology. The system consists of ignition control and data collection. It has successful application in the experiment of the electronic control ignition of GDI engine and cylinder pressure acquisition. The experiment indicates that the system can accurately control the ignition, adjust the advance angle and the charging time of the spark coil. It provides strong support for the design and optimization of the engine.
