| 摘 要： | 高校学生正处在人的全面发展的关键阶段。近年来，随着社会迅速发展，各种新事物、新思想、新矛盾的出现，对高校学生的内心产生了一定冲击，因心理问题而影响学生健康成长已成为突出的问题。如何广泛开展心理健康教育，确保青年学生身心健康是摆在我们面前的一件大事。本文试图从目前高职学生心理问题现状出发，结合近几年开展工作的成效分析，提出相关对策和建议。

| Abstract: | College students are in the important phase of the overall development of human being. In recent years, with the rapid development of society and the appearance of all kinds of new phenomena, thoughts and contradictions, there has already been great impact on college students. It has been very serious that affected the growth of students by psychological problems. How to wildly develop the psychological health education and ensure the mental and physical health of students are two great things we must face. Based on the current psychological health situation of the high-vocational students, combining the analysis of the effect in recent years, it is provided relavant measures and suggestions in this paper. |
