基于单片机的点滴输液控制装置设计

摘    要:基于51系列单片机技术,设计了一种可以控制点滴速度的控制装置.本装置可以通过键盘实时设置输液速度,并且动态显示液体代码、设定的和实际的点滴速度.介绍了装置的硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计思路.对储液瓶液面高度检测报警电路、液体点滴速度测量电路、步进电机对点滴速度的实时调节电路进行了详细的介绍.实验结果表明,该系统检测精度高、输液速度调节响应快、稳态误差小,且结构简单,成本较低,可适用于各小型医院或医疗点.

Abstract:It introduced a transfusion monitoring control device with SCM. The control realized the function such as setting up transfusion speed through the keyboard and dynamic state display. It introduced the device's hardware structure, the working principle and software design method.The liquid level monitor circuit, alarm circuit, drip speed monitor circuit and drive and control circuit were discussed in detail.
