| 摘 要： | 苏州经济在可持续发展中，急需大量的高技能人才。当前高技能人才培养存在的问题是：产学合作动力不足、供需错位以及民营企业缺乏培养的积极性。解决这一问题的途径是：加强产学结合，即构建共享型校企合作课程，而构建校企合作企业工程研究中心是民营企业高技能人才培养的有效模式。

| Abstract: | There is a dire need for highly skilled technical talent to ensure the sustainable economic development of Suzhou. However, the problem with the training of highly skilled technical talent is that there lacks the impetus of production-teaching cooperation as well as the training enthusiasm of private enterprises and there is the misconnection of talent demand and supply. The approach to this problem is to emphasize the cooperation between production and teaching, i.e. to devise corporate -college cooperative courses. An effective pattern to achieve the technical talent training target in private enterprises is to establish corporate-college cooperated enterprise engineering research centers. |
