电磁式继电器特性参数测试仪的设计

摘    要:为了消除人为及线路因素的干扰,提高检测精度和速度,方便操作,以ARM微处理器STM32F103VBT6为处理控制核心,设计电磁式继电器特性参数自动测量仪.通过键盘选择测试功能实现电磁式继电器特性成套参数的自动测试,并采用液晶显示、数据打印和Flash Disk存储等多种方式输出测试结果.同时,在ARM存储单元中事先存入继电器的标准参数,当出现误操作和被测继电器有严重故障时,也不会损坏仪器本身及被测样品.测试结果表明:测量精度可达4.5%.

Abstract:ARM microprocessor STM32F103VBT6 is used to be the control core in the design of parameter tester of electromagnetic relay in order to eliminate man-made and line interference and improve testing accuracy and speed.Results can be automatically measured through keyboard selection and output on LCD,through data printing as well as stored in flash disk.In addition,the standard parameters of the relay are stored into the ARM memory cell in advance.Thus,the instrument and the tested samples will not be damaged when there is a misuse or serious fault of relay.Testing results show that accuracy of measurement amounts to 4.5%.
