| 摘 要： | 以高职院校在开展＂阳光体育＂中所表现的特殊性为研究切入点,分析了高职院校在开展＂阳光体育＂中所遇到的问题,提出必须从课堂体育教学、课外体育活动、校园体育文化、监督与评价机制、师资队伍建设5个方面入手,落实＂阳光体育＂的长效机制,保障高职学生健康水平的全面提高.

| Abstract: | Starting from the implementation of sunshine physical education in higher vocational colleges,the paper analyses existent problems and proposes to implement lasting effect mechanism from five perspectives,namely classroom teaching,extracurricular sports activities,sports culture on campus,supervision and evaluation as well as the construction of teaching body to improve students＇ health. |
