| Abstract: | IVocational college education should be transformed from mere skill training into broad education and it should also emphasize campus culture construction with the adoption of corporate culture. To absorb corporate culture, vocational colleges should comply with the three principles of system, individuality, intention and boost campus culture construction from spiritual, material and systematic levels. |
