| 摘 要： | 设计一种由MSP430单片机构成的智能转速监测系统．该系统由与电机同轴的齿轮信号盘和霍尔转速传感器组成，对霍尔转速传感器输出的信号进行滤波和整形，使处理后的信号转换成标准的方波信号，隔离后由单片机计数，通过LED显示实时转速值．与传统的测速仪相比，可设定转速监测范围、存储设定参数，当电机超速时，可发出报警信号．试验证明，该系统测速精度高，电机状态监测可靠．

| Abstract: | An intelligent speed monitoring system was introduced.Taking single-clip MSP430F169 as core,the part of Speed detection consists of gear signal plate Coaxial with the motor and Hall speed sensor.For the output signal from the sensor filtering and shaping,so that the processed signal into a standard square wave signal and chip count after the isolation,the value of real-time speed is display through the LED circuit.Compared with the traditional speed measuring instrument,the scope of speed monitoring on motor can be set,the parameter can be stored.The equipment can send an alarm signal when the speed of motor exceeds the set speed range.A test proved that the intelligent speed monitoring system has a high speed precision and reliability on motor condition monitoring. |
