| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济是建立在稳定的信用关系基础上的法制经济，稳定可靠的社会信用体系是市场经济有效运行的基础条件之一。而在我国，与社会主义经济相适应的社会信用体系才刚刚出现，处于起步阶段，远远谈不上成熟和完善，特别是经历了前一阶段的非典，使社会普遍认识到诚实守信的重要，这直接关系到社会主义市场经济体制能否真正确立、完善，这也直接影响到我国改革的成败，因此诚信教育已经刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | The socialist market economy is the legitimate one built on the credit. So, the system of integrity will be the base of the operation of market economics.The system of socialist economy in our country start to be built,0ur integrity is no perfect and it will be lead to some problem such as the building of the system of market economy and our reform.Therefore,we must work hard to develop our economics and make the education of integrity so on. Finally, make integrity the pillar of deepening reform. |
