| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和高校招生规模的扩大，就业形势越来越严峻。传统的就业指导主要侧重于为临近毕业的学生做好就业服务工作，这种就业指导的模式已经不适应形势的发展。高校大学生就业指导中应当树立全员观和全程观，把为毕业生进行“包装”的做法改成为学生进行“设计”，全面提高就业指导工作的科学性和前瞻性。

| Abstract: | With the development of social economics and the expansion of college enrollment scale,college students' employment situation is more and more severe.The guide of traditional employment layed particular emphasis on employment service for the coming graduates,which has been unfit for the development of situations.We should set up the whole-body concept and the whole-course concept,turn packing garaduates into designing graduates so that we can improve the scientific nature and the forecast of the garaduates' employment guide overall. |
