摘    要:在管道较长生产的电缆较重时,为了避免绝缘表面易被擦伤,使用悬垂式硫化管道是最好的方法。从电缆连续运动受力的力学分析入手,推导悬垂式硫化管道的数学模型,并给出设计实例。

Abstract:During cable continuous vulcanization, CV production lines have several configurations according to different shapes of vulcanization pipe and installation. In order to avoid scraping of insulation surface of heavier cables in longer vulcanization pipe, CCV is the best solution. The article develops mathematical model of catenary vulcanization pipe based on forcing analysis of the continuously running cable and presents actual example of actual design and application.
