| 摘 要： | 香港特区的职业教育得到了政府强有力的支持和保障,行业企业与职业院校之间建立了紧密的合作关系,学校坚持以社会需求为中心,职业资格证书与学历证书实现了有效沟通。作者认为,加强政府统筹管理、改进职业教育管理方式、深化人才培养的校企合作、完善学历文凭与资格证书等价制度、促进职业继续教育的发展是振兴内地职业教育的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current features of vocational education in Hong Kong, such as the powerful support in policies and funds from the government, the close cooperation between schools and trades, schools taking the social demand as the center, the effective communication between academic certificate and occupation qualifications, etc. The paper elaborates on the references to promote the mainland vocational education in such aspects as the enhancement of planning as a whole by the government, the improvement of administrative methods, the development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, equation of the diploma and qualification, and the firm grasp of continuous vocational education. |
