| 摘 要： | 环太湖经济圈的经济重要特征为主导产业机电一体化和信息化,产业结构渐进高度化,经济市场化、现代化和全球化趋势明显,市场培育与建设卓有成效。但该区域存在高新技术产值偏低,拥有自主知识产权的技术缺乏,对科技进步贡献不高,第三产业相对滞后,区域内开放型经济的发展水平仍很不平衡等问题。作者对纠正这些问题的对策提出了自己的意见。

| Abstract: | There are six important economic features of the Circum-Taihu Lake Economic Zone,i.e. mechanical-electric integration and information technology are becoming more popular among the leading industries; industrial structure is advanced gradually; village-run industry is developing rapidly; the industrial scale is becoming large; there is a marked tendency toward market economy,modernization and globalization; the cultivation and construction of the market are highly effective. However,there are some problems in this area: the ratio of high and new technology in general industry is relatively low; there is a lack of the techniques of independent intellectual property rights,which results in the low the contribution to the development of science and technology; the development of the tertiary industries is relatively slow; the levels of open-economy development within the area are imbalanced. Measures to solve these problems are put forward in the paper. |
