| 摘 要： | 在世界各国都在提倡循环经济的今天，绿色GDP指标显然比现行的GDP指标更为科学，它符合我国目前提出的又好又快的建设方针。要达此目的，至少须从以下几方面努力：一是全民教育，观念先行；二是建立科学的考评体系；三是要有法可依，依法问责。

| Abstract: | In the background of the recyclable economy, which is called for by countries all over the world today, the Green GDP Index is apparently more scientific than the present GDP Index applied. It is in conformity with the sound-and-fast construction policy put forward by China. In order to put the Green GDP into practice, efforts should be made as follows: to equip the public with this new concept, to establish a scientific assessment system, to stipulate corresponding regulations as its basis, and to set up a responsibility system. |
