| 摘 要： | 本文试从体育美学的角度,对健美操教学中如何进行审美教育,培养学生正确的审美观以及在健美操中感受美、鉴赏美、创造美的能力等问题进行了探讨,揭示了健美操教学应在美学理论的指导下,寓“美”于教,这样,才能更好地深化体育教学改革,进一步推进素质教育进程,促进当代大学生德、智、体、美的全面发展。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author tells us how to do the training of aesthetics in Aerobics Lessons and how to cultivate students' correct aesthetics taste from the viewpoint of sports aesthetics education.And also introduces how to help students improve their capability of feeling, enjoying, and creating beauty. The author clarifies that the aesthetics educating should base on the theory of aesthetics,put "beauty" into teaching, which will deepen the education reform, push the quality-oriented education,improve students' moral, intellectual,physical and aesthetic education. |
