| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,基于对城市公共体育空间之公共性内涵的反思,指出当下城市公共体育空间既存在公共性与功能性的矛盾问题,又面临城市土地资源有限的现实难题。研究认为,这两大问题均可通过“可供性”理论予以消解,首先,“可供性”思路指导下的城市公共体育空间通过营建具备公开性、异质性和共同性等3大公共性核心价值的场所,使得空间的公共性与功能性不再相互抵牾; 其次,通过利用“可供性”的纵深层级划分,将以项目为中心的设计思路转变为以身体活动为中心的设计思路,既保证了市民基本休闲健身需要,又有助于探索非体育用地建设体育空间,进而消解土地资源有限的现实瓶颈。研究根据可供性的四层级特征,提出城市公共体育空间的设计理念：①空间的体育可供性分析;②空间使用者的需求调研;③建成空间的更新与再设计。

| Abstract: | Based on the reflection on the connotation of publicness in urban public sports space, we use literature, logical analysis and field research to point out that there is a logical problem of contradiction between publicness and functionality in urban public sports space, and on the other hand, there is a practical problem that the bottleneck of limited urban land resources cannot be broken. These two problems can be solved by introducing the theory of "affordance". According to the study, firstly, the public sports space under the guidance of "affordance" can no longer contradict the publicness and functionality of the space by creating a place with three core values of publicness: openness, heterogeneity and commonality. Secondly, by using the longitudinal hierarchy of "affordance", the project-centered design concept is transformed into a physical activity-centered design concept, which not only ensures people'' basic leisure and fitness demands but also helps to explore the construction of sports space on non-sports land, thus eliminating the real bottleneck of limited land resources. Finally, based on the four levels of affordance, three design concepts for urban public sports spaces are proposed: (1) sports affordance analysis of spaces; (2) demand research of space users; (3) renewal and redesign of built spaces. |
