| 摘 要： | 社会需要、学枝体育自身发展以及从体育事业自身发展等不同角度，论述了体育与健康教育出现的必然性，指出体育与健康教育的特点在于对体育教育及体育自身价值判断的发展，而新型的对体育教育及体育自身价值观的产生与社会文化发展密不可分，息息相关。揭示出我国社会文化变迁是催生体育与健康教育的土壤。

| Abstract: | At the angle of social needs, development of physical education and our sports business, the author analyzes the inevitable outcome of our physical and health education, and points out that the new type education has deep relationship with our value idea, and our value idea belongs to social culture, so the new education has many relationship with our social culture. |
