| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较法及逻辑分析法,从社会学、史学、心理学等角度,对西俗东渐以来不同时代青少年体育休闲方式的变迁的社会表征进行分析,并结合各阶段社会背景对青少年体育休闲方式变迁的原因进行梳理,探讨在青少年体育休闲方式变迁中民族传统体育式微的原因,思考21世纪休闲时代民族传统体育文化的传承与发展的路径。以求民族传统体育的传承与发展和青少年的体育文化教育相辅相成、殊方同致。
