| 摘 要： | 当前，群众日益增长的体育需求与社会提供的体育资源不足的矛盾是体育发展过程中的主要矛盾，缓解乃至解决这一矛盾需要我国大力发展民生体育。在讨论和分析了民生体育概念、内涵和发展现状的基础上，认真思考和探讨了我国民生体育建设和发展中的经费投入、国民体质监测、社区体育、监督和保证体系及场馆开放等关键问题，冀为我国发展民生体育建设献策。

| Abstract: | At present, the public＇s growing needs in sports can offer sports and social contradictions are insufficient resources for sports development in the process of the principal contradiction, and even alleviate the need to resolve this contradiction, the people＇s livelihood in China to develop sports. Papers in the discussion and analysis of people＇s livelihood and physical concepts, content and development status, based on serious thought and explore the construction and development of China＇s people＇s livelihood in sports funding for, national physique monitoring, community sports, monitoring and assurance system and other key venues open problems, Hebei China＇s construction of the development of people＇s livelihood and physical ideas. |
