| 摘 要： | 对运动员是竞技体育第一要素的认识，反映了我们对竞技体育内涵的理解。通过对运动员第一要素的社会历史分析和竞技竺妻穹在署要衰据的考察，建议在明确运动员要素第一性的基础上，高度重视运动员选材工作，真正体现运动员在竞技体育工作中的主体地位，坚持促进运动员的全面发展，从而实现我国竞技体育的持续发展、科学发展与和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The cognition that the athlete is the foremost element of competitive sports reflects our fundamental understanding of connotation of competitive sports. Through social and historical analysis to this foremost element as well as the study of inner logical foundation of competitive sports, the paper suggests that on the basis of clarifying that athlete is the foremost element, importance should be attached to the athlete ＇ s selection which reveals the athlete ＇ s core posi- tion in competitive sports and to the consistent promotion of the athlete＇ s comprehensive development so as to achieve sustainable, scientific and harmonious development of China＇ s competitive sports. |
