| 摘 要： | 体育教学实施素质教育必须从学生的体育能力着手，这就必须在体育教学方法、手段与形式上大胆创新。阐述了创新与素质教育、体育能力培养间的关系，以及实施创新教育后教学效果情况分析，并列举了课堂上创新教育的常用方式和实施创新教育的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Creative education must be carried out to meet the demands of the age in P.E education, for, today, quality education is practiced wholly. The competition of scientific technology is really that of the training of creative personnel. The relationship between creative education and quality education is set forth; the features of classroom teaching in creative education and teaching effect are advanced; and the common ways in classroom and effective measures in practicing are enumerated. |
