| 摘 要： | 高校体育是学校体育的最后阶段，具有与社会生活相衔接的特点，其教学指导思想则体现于与社会生活衔接和真正实现高校体育育人效应问题。高校体育在培养学生终身体育思想方面具有关键性的作用，应该为奠定大学生终身体育观打下坚实的基础。
