| 摘 要： | 全面地调查了江苏省竞技体育后备人才现状和存在的主要问题。研究发现，江苏省体育后备人才培养中的主要问题有：“学、训”矛盾突出，布点项目设置不合理，教练员素质不高，竞赛体制混乱等，在对这些问题分析的基础上，提出了走“体、教”结合的道路，完善和健全法规制度。合理布局人才培养基地规模与数量，改革竞赛体制。提高教练员业务知识，建立贯通培养与输送模式，建立体育后备人才合理流动市场等。

| Abstract: | Researches show that the main problems consist of:1)the striking contradiction between learning and training;2)improper arrangements of exercising projects;3)Inadequate quality of the trainers;4)disorder of contest systems,etc.Basing on the analysis of these issues,the paper advances the theory of combining the athletic and academic studies,perfecting the rules and regulations,distributing properly the scales and amounts of training bases,reforming the competitive structures,enlarging the professional knowledge of the trainers,setting up the mode of thorough education and supply,opening up the rational market of backup sports talents' flow,etc. |
