| 摘 要： | “体教结合”是中国特色的正在实践中探索和尝试的一种竞技体育人才培养模式。从1987年发展至今,褒贬不一,通过对现存五种模式的辨析以及对南京工业大学江苏省女子垒球队的实践分析,揭示出“省队校办”模式在“体教结合”方面所做的新突破。

| Abstract: | "Combining sports with education" in the university is a developing and testing model to train the high level athletes.Since 1987,there are different attitudes to it.After analyzing five models and the fact of the development of the Jiangsu women softball team of NJUT,we can conclude that "province team held by university" makes some contributions to the development of "combining sports with education". |
