| 摘 要： | 本文运用系统理论对休闲体育的策划及风险管理进行研究。休闲体育活动的策划主要包括策划的原则、程序和策划书的写作。休闲体育风险管理主要的包括风险的种类、风险的评估及风险预防和处理。休闲体育的策划及风险管理是一个系统工程，文中运用系统论对休闲体育的各组成部分进行了详尽的阐述。

| Abstract: | This article uses the system theory to study leisure sports＇ s mannagement and risk - controling. The management main includs the principle, procedure and the writing for magic chip. The risk - controling main includs the kinds of risk, the assess of risk as soon as well the preventing and controling of risk. The scheme and risk management is a complicated system, we use the system theory to study various parts fully. |
