| 摘 要： | 通过对淮安市 2所高校教师参与健身运动的状况进行调查 ,结果表明 :教师实际参与健身运动的现状不尽如人意 ,被调查教师中参加健身活动 3次 /周以上者仅占 12 .4%,教师日常健身活动的组织与开展相当薄弱 ,教师健身的环境和条件不良等 ,指出造成教师健身不良现状的主要因素为 :领导重视不够、组织与管理不力和教师参与健身的意识差等。并提出改善教师健身状况相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The status of the participation of the teachers in body-building exercises in 2 institutions of higher learning Huai-an City was investigated.The results showed that the actuality of the teachers' participation in body-building exercises was not satisfactory.Among the investigated teachers those who participated in body-building activities for more than three times a week accounted for only 12.4%.The teachers' daily body-building activities was organized insufficiently . The environment and conditions for teachers to take part in body-building exercises is bad and so on . It was pointed out that the main factoes causing the bad state for teachers to take part in body-building are inadequate leaders' attention , ineffective organization and management as well as teachers' poor consciousness in participation in body-building . Finally , corresponding countermeasures for improving the teachers' conditions for body-building were advanced . |
