| 摘 要： | 学校体育改革经过近20多年的探索和实践，取得了许多的经验和成果，但就我国学校体育教育的指导思想、目的和任务。建立科学的体育教育体系，培养适应新世纪要求的师资队伍等方面，研究得还不够深入，恰恰是这些问题，制约着我国学校体育教育的改革和发展。

| Abstract: | Over the past twenty years of exploration and practice, we have accumulated many experiences and results in the physical education reform. But more research work is needed to be done in the establishment of a scientific physical education system and the cultivation of a qualified teaching staff as far as the guidelines and objectives of our physical education are concerned. It is such issues that determine the reform and development of physical education. |
