| 摘 要： | 在解读能力一词内涵的基础上,分析了教育大发展背景下对于体育教师能力的需求。就国内外相关的体育师资能力结构研究作综合分析。国外在体育教师能力培养方面,提出了以下三种能力模型:行为主义能力模型、能力的加工过程模型、能力的认知模型,不同的学术理论,不同的教育流派提出了相对独立的教师能力培养模式。国内相关的研究则注重体育师资能力构成与我国学校体育现状以及我国学校体育目标的吻合程度,多数学者在研究中注意通过重新认识新时期学校体育的目标,来重新梳理体育师资能力、素质构成及其培养问题。

| Abstract: | On the base of explaining the concept of ability,the author analyzes the new social need for PE Teacher's ability on the background of quick development of our education.The author expounds the three models of foreign country for developing their ability and thinks that the natural study pay more attention on the relationship between our PE teacher's present situation and the aim of our PE in China. |
