| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，查阅国际体操联合会颁布的2005至2013年三版竞技健美操竞赛规则。从难度部分、艺术部分、完成部分和其他部分进行比较研究，分析三版规则的发展变化，得出结论：难度部分中难度值高的难度动作数量呈上升趋势，难度值低的呈下降趋势，并增加了新的难度动作，集体项目中女子和混合组难度系数降低；艺术部分对艺术性提出了新的要求，评分细则更加系统科学；完成部分对完成裁判的职能进行完善，增设了成套动作除难度动作之外的错误减分和一致性内容错误减分的标准；比赛项目的修订幅度较大，不仅将集体六人改为集体五人，还增设了两项新的比赛项目。同时统一了比赛场地和比赛时间。综合考虑规则各个方面具体修订的情况，提出对当前我国竞技健美操发展的建议。

| Abstract: | This study compares the three latest editions （2005 -2013） of FIG Aerobic Gymnastics Code of Points in terms of difficulty, artistic, execution and other components, with a view to finding the pattern in the evolution of the rules. The comparison comes to the following conclusion. In DIFFICULTY, the number of difficulty elements with a high difficulty value is on the rise, and that with a low value declining, with an addition of new difficulty components; in the group category, difficulties for women and mixed categories are lowered. ARTISTIC raises new requirements for artistry, with scoring becoming more systematic and scientific. In EXECUTION, the roles of the judges are modified, with an addition of criteria for deductions due to errors and deviations in routines except for difficulty components. There are many changes in the events, too, with the number of competitors in the group cat- egory dropping to 5 from 6, and an addition of two new events. The competition area and competition time are uni- fied. In light of the changes, this paper puts forward suggestions on the development of aerobics in China |
