| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、综合分析法从人本主义视角对高校体育教师应对体育教育改革的策略进行了研究。阐述了现代体育教学应注重人本主义的应用,分析了高校大学生的特点:(1)心理特点——自我意识不断增强,大学生的思维独立性和创新意识不断提高;(2)思想特点——具有很高的爱国热情和民族自尊,关注民主和世界和平;(3)行为特点——平等意识强,追求个性张扬,接受习惯"视觉化"。提出了高校老师的应对策略:(1)以学生的"思想特点为本"转变体育教学的观念——树立以学生发展为本的观念,尊重学生的自主性和创新意识,扮演新的体育教师角色,尊重学生的"平等观念",建立新的师生关系;(2)以学生的"思想特点为本"拓宽知识视野——加强体育文化知识的学习,关注学生多元需求,调整个人知识结构,拓展"多元"知识视野;(3)以学生的"行为特点为本"注重多媒体技术的技能培养。以期对高校体育教师提供一些借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Through literature,comprehensive analysis from the perspective of the people of college sports teachers' deal with sports education reform strategy was studied.On the modern physical education should focus on the people of this application,analysis of the characteristics of college students.The author raised the coping strategies for university teachers,with the view to provide teachers with some college sports reference and reference. |
