| 摘 要： | 高尔夫再次成为奥运会项目,世界竞技高尔夫步入一个新的发展时期。中国竞技高尔夫面对这一时代契机,必须科学认识所处的时代背景,认识我国竞技高尔夫的重要战略意义,认识其面临的机遇和挑战,把握简单性与复杂性相结合、资源发展与资源优化配置相结合、科学性与创新性相结合、高标准与高目标相结合的原则,促进我国竞技高尔夫实现跨越式发展,完成时代赋予的使命。
