| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、资料分析法以参加2002年12月-2003年1月在广西梧州冬训的22支青年女子足球队伍(共有54名教练员和478名运动员)作为研究对象，通过对我国青年女子足球队的建队目的、管理体制、竞赛情况、训练营情况、教练员状况、运动员状况等现状进行调查研究，为了解我国青年女足运动现状、制定青少年女足后备人才长远规划以及弥补青少年女足工作的不足提供参考依据。
