| 摘 要： | 精益求精的禀性、淡泊名利的心性、锲而不舍的韧性、锐意进取的个性,共同铸就了工匠精神的内涵.文中从产品、技术、过程、道德四个层面分析了工匠精神的文化内涵,阐述了培育和弘扬工匠精神对于提升我国竞技体育队伍的整体素养、增强我国竞技体育软实力、促进我国竞技体育体制机制改革的重要意义.并以运动员为对象,提出在竞技体育中培育工匠精神,应强化体育职业意识与职业道德培育,树立"更高更快更强"的体育志向与价值取向,在科学训练中培育和弘扬工匠精神,形成利于工匠精神的运动员培养模式.

On the Era Significance of the Craftsman Spirit in Competitive Sports and its Cultivation |

| Abstract: | The character of excellence,the fame and wealth as the water,persistent toughness,positive and progressive character,they created the connotation of the craftsman spirit together.From the four aspects of product,technology,process and morality,the article analyzes the cultural connotation of the spirit of the craftsman.The article expounds the cultivation and promotion of the spirit of the craftsman,it plays an important role in improving the overall quality of competitive sports teams in our country,enhance the soft power of competitive sports in China,promoting the reform of competitive sports system in China.It also takes the athlete as the object,it is put forward to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen in competitive sports,should strengthen the professional consciousness of physical education and the cultivation of professional ethics,to set up the sports ambition and value orientation of "higher,faster and stronger",cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of craftsman in scientific training,to foster the spirit of the craftsmen training mode. |
