| 摘 要： | 通过考察17世纪初斯图亚特时期英国体育的发展情况,对曾经在英国的政治、宗教史上引起诸多争论的"合法的体育宣言"的颁布背景进行了分析.研究认为:从政治、宗教学角度来看,"合法的体育宣言"是国教会为了镇压和打击清教徒而颁布;而从体育行政学角度来看,"合法的体育宣言"通过规定非法和合法的体育休闲项目,向民众提倡积极参与健康的身体活动和娱乐方式的做法,不失为是一项合理的休闲娱乐政策,对日后英国体育的飞速发展,奠定了民众基础.

The Background to the Issue of the"Declaration of Sports" in the British Stuart Period |

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the development of sport in Britain in the early Stuart Period in the 17th century,and analyzes the background to the issue the Declaration of Sports,which has caused many disputes in the history of politics and religion in Britain.Politically and religiously,the Declaration was promulgated by the Anglican Church in order to suppress and combat the Puritans.From the point of view of sports administration,the Declaration,by stipulating illegal and legitimate sports and recreational activities,appealed to the public for an active participation in healthy physical activities and entertainments.It was a reasonable leisure and entertainment policy,and laid a popular foundation for the rapid development of sports in Britain thereafter. |
