| 摘 要： | 运用文献法等研究方法，解释了大型明星户外竞技真人秀节目《奔跑吧兄弟》产生的现象，分析了“跑男”受到大众好评和肯定，尤其深受青少年的喜爱和追捧之缘由。这档回归本真、欢乐质朴的户外明星真人秀节目，以七个积极健康的运动形象向观众传递了“奔向户外，跑出精彩”的正能量。在传递正能量的同时实现了寓教于乐、积极向上的生活态度，这对增强青少年终身体育、健康教育提供了有效性的借鉴和启示。

On the “Running Man” Phenomenon of Youth Sports Education and Enlightenment |

| Abstract: | Using literature and other research methods,explaining the large outdoor athletics star reality show“Hurry Up, Brother” phenomenon,analyzes the “running man” by the public praise and recognition,especially loved and sought after by reason of adolescents. Research Implications:This file return the true joy rustic outdoor reality show star to seven posi-tive and healthy image to the audience to pass the motion “toward the outdoors, ran wonderful” positive energy. In the transfer of positive energy while achieving entertaining,positive attitude to life,which enhance teenagers lifelong sports, health education provides the validity of reference and inspiration. |
