| 摘 要： | 广场舞作为一种草根性的群众自觉运动，是群众文化、群众原创精神、群众体育需求、群众艺术的结晶之一。它以运动快乐为基础，以健康第一为核心，以高度自觉为保障，以集群文化为载体，这是广场舞践行体育元理论的具体表现。运用文献研究、问卷调查、随机走访、数理统计、归纳演绎等方法，分析了广场舞等群众体育运动中的社会稀释内容、凝聚效应表现形式，以及发挥稀释效应、凝聚效应的机制与途径。研究表明，广场舞等类群众性体育运动对减轻群众工作压力、舒缓人际矛盾、降低个人与单位组织之间的冲突，以及理性对待突发事件导致的各种负面情绪等都具有积极、主动与自觉的稀释和疏导效应，并带来群众心情舒畅、人际关系和谐、邻里关系融洽、社会信任提高与交互欣赏增加的社会凝聚效应。建议：强化广场舞创编与管理，发挥好幸福健康健美者的表率带动作用，促进体育科学的技术技能教育和创新，加强有针对性的指导，营造积极进取的文化氛围，更好地发挥广场舞运动中社会稀释效应与凝聚效应。

Analysis on the Social Dilution Effect and Agglomeration Effect of Square Dance in Mass Sports in China---Taking Chengdu City as an Example |

| Abstract: | Square dance is a kind of grassroots consciousness movement,it is the mass culture,the masses of the original spirit,the mass sports needs,one of the masses of the crystallization of art. It is based on Sports happiness,health first as the core,with a high degree of awareness for the protection of the cluster culture as the carrier,which is the square dance practice the specific performance of sports. By the literature research,questionnaire,random interviews,mathematical statis-tics,induction and deduction method,analyzes the social dilution in the square dance and sport of the masses and conden-sation effect forms, and play dilution effect and agglomeration effect mechanism and the way. Studies have shown that square dance class mass sports activities to reduce the mass work pressure,relieve interpersonal conflicts,reduce the con-flict between the individual and organization,as well as the rational treat emergencies caused by all kinds of negative emo-tions have actively,and consciously dilution and thinning effect,and bring people feel comfortable,harmonious interperson-al relationships,neighborhood harmonious relationship,social trust improve and interactive enjoy increased social cohesion effect. Recommendations:strengthen square dance creation and management,play a good happy health and fitness of exem-plary leading role,promote the sports science technical skills education and innovation,strengthen for guidance,and create a positive culture atmosphere,better play square dance movement in social dilute release effect and agglomeration effect. |
