| 摘 要： | 研究主要运用问卷调查等实证研究方法，从健康园相关院校组织联盟建构对公共健康社会福利的意义，健康公共服务参与供给三类部门之间的优势比较，政府对院校等“第三部门”供给健康公共服务的扶持措施，健康园相关院校健康组织联盟建构的必要性、可行性、名称选择、场所选择和工作领域等进行了调查与分析；研究认为健康园相关院校组织联盟建构对公共健康社会福利的意义首先在于提高公共健康服务品质水平，健康组织联盟建构的可行性首先在于具有组建健康联盟组织的相关学科基础等。

| Abstract: | Study the use of empirical research questionnaire from these aspects of the investigation and analysis,which is constructed Coalition on the public health service of colleges and universities for social welfare,health public services to participate in the advantages of comparison between supply three departments,institutions and other government support measures for the “third sector” supply of public health services,construction health coalition necessity,feasibility,name selection,site selection and working field;Studies suggest that health organizations Union College Park Significance to pub-lic health is to improve the social welfare of the first public health service quality levels,Feasibility Health Coalition con-struction lies first and foremost with relevant subjects form the basis of the organization’s Health Alliance. |
