| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法以影响南京市田径后备人材培养的因素为研究对象，对田径项目情况、教练员、运动员的基本情况等因素进行了分析，提出了加强体教合一的教学效果，加大优势项目的政策性倾斜，提高教练员的实际综合训练能力的建议对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper , the author expounds the new theory of education ,and points out that the kernel of teaching is student , not teacher. So the way of improving the quality of learning will does good to teaching. On the base of this , author thinks that using modem education technology will improve the efficiency of Wushu teaching and resume students the learning kernel position. |
