| 摘 要： | 对青奥会的本质与南京城市善治的互动方略进行了探讨。总结归纳出体育融合文化教育、主旨聚焦世界青年、低碳引领办赛理念是青奥会的本质,更接近奥林匹克理想、更接近体育之＂本源＂、更恰如其分的表达了人类对于真善美的不懈追求这是青奥会的与众不同之处,青奥会突出了＂体育发展＂和＂青年发展＂两大主题,在此基础上提出南京城市善治互动方略：借机推进＂青年友好型城市＂建设、打造＂体育友好型城市＂。

| Abstract: | The nature of the Youth Olympic Games and the strategy to interaction with it of Good Urban Governance was discussed.Complex of sport,culture and education,the subject focus on the world's youth,Low-carbon Philosophy is the essence of the YOG.Besides,the YOG has some distinguishes.Sports Development and youth development are the two highlights of the YOG.on the basis of those,the strategy to interaction with it of Good Urban Governance was Proposed. |
