| 摘 要： | ＂中国元素＂已成为一种社会时尚,而我国民族传统体育中蕴藏着丰富的中国元素,包含了中国思想、中国艺术、中国节日、中国服饰等。在东西方文化碰撞与融合的时代背景下,民族传统体育应担负起传承中国元素的责任,同时传承中国元素,民族传统体育也加强了自身的发展。通过对中国元素的体育诠释,分析中国元素在民族传统体育中的体现,提出了民族传统体育对中国元素的传承策略,为民族传统体育树立新的坐标与发展方向。
