| 摘 要： | 通过对我国建国前后小学体育师资培养脉络的考察，以及对现代小学体育师资培养的研究，并与国外发达国家小学体育师资培养的比较，结合社会对人才及新课标中对教师要求，提出：提升师范院校师资培养教育目标和规格；重新布局课程体系；调整专业结构；拓展专业培养方向；采取培养与培训相结合的“双轨制”师资人才培养模式，提高学历层次。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To provide scientific basis for training teachers in normal colleges. This article wants to show some demands for the teachers by;1)investigating the development of training teachers of physical Education for primary schools before and after the foundation of our country;2)Studying the training system in the modern society;3)And comparing it with the training in developed countries .Demands: Improve the educational aims and anal standards of training teachers in normal colleges; Reform the coarse system; Adjust the professional tructure; Open up the direction of professional training; Adopt the teacher training pattern by combining the training and developing system; Improve the educational background level. |
