| 摘 要： | 加入WT0后，我国高校体育加快了改革的步伐，试着进行产业化改革，但是，由于我国原教育体制的约束，同时，实行产业改革又缺乏政策、法规、理论的支持，使我国的高校体育产业化一直处于初级阶段。并且高校体育因其目标性与公益性的限制，对它能否实行产业化，进入市场参与市场经济活动，广大体育教师和体育工作尚未达成共识。本通过研究为高校体育产业化改革提供理论依据。
