| 摘 要： | 与2008年北京奥运会相比，北京2022冬奥会面临更为复杂的国际局势和国内形势。但作为重大的国际赛事，两者在筹办、举办、赛后遗产利用方面有其共性。中国成功举办北京冬奥会，可借鉴北京奥运会的成功经验，为其提供可复制、可信赖的中国经验与中国智慧。为此，分析北京冬奥会与北京夏奥会的区别，从宏观和中观的视角，运用、变通、创造性转换北京夏奥会成功举办的重要经验，力求北京冬奥会重现北京夏奥会辉煌，进而为中国崛起再添新动力。

| Abstract: | Compared with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics faces a more complicated international situation and domestic situation. However, as a major international event, the two have commonalities in the preparation, organization, and use of heritage after the game. China successfully hosted the Beijing Winter Olympics and can learn from the successful experience of the Beijing Olympic Games to provide replicable and trustworthy Chinese experience and Chinese wisdom. To this end, analyze the difference between the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Beijing Summer Olympics, from the perspective of macro and meso, use, adapt, and creatively transform the important experience of the Beijing Summer Olympics, and strive to reproduce the Beijing Summer Olympics in Beijing. Will be brilliant, and then add new impetus to the rise of China. The experience that should be borrowed at different stages mainly includes: during the preparation period, it is necessary to focus on athletes and events, to focus on the business card of the human destiny community, to hire foreign high-level coaches, to obtain technical guidance and help from the International Sports Federation. During the period of the event, it is necessary to strengthen the overall command and coordination of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, organize national competitions, organize and train various Chinese and foreign Olympic volunteers, and carefully create national culture through the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics. After the end, we must pay attention to the top-level design of the Beijing Winter Olympics heritage, develop and strengthen social organizations, evoke the Olympic memory of the whole people in the form of commemorative days, and so on. In short, in addition to running good events, it also highlights the cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, uses cultural soft power to build a community of human destiny, and shape the image of China, let the Beijing Winter Olympics leave a vivid memory in the development of Chinese sports and become a milestone in the rise of China. |
